Fresh raspberries and sour cream give this ice cream a bright and tangy flavour.
  • 4 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 cups sour cream (full fat)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Ice and rock salt if required for your ice cream maker.
  1. Combine ingredients in a blender, processing until smooth.
  2. Get your ice cream maker ready, according to your specific brands instruction.
  3. Pour the ice cream mixture into the chilled canister, and following your ice cream makers instruction, churn the ice cream until it reaches proper consistency.
  4. Once the ice cream is done churning, scoop it into a freezer proof container, and freeze for 4 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
