- BASE
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped peanuts
- 4 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein
- TOPPING
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts
- 2 tbsp flax
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 cup saskatoon berries (or blueberries)
- ¼ cup coconut-almond milk
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp honey
- BASE
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line 9x9 pan with parchment paper, grease with coconut oil.
- Combine ingredients in food processor, processing until combined and wet, about 2 minutes.
- Pour into pan, spreading evenly across.
- Bake 10 minutes.
- TOPPING
- Combine ingredients in bowl, stirring to combine.
- Remove pan from oven, spread topping on base.
- Baking an additional 15 minutes.
