Tomato, Pesto, & Prosciutto Toast

The perfect way to use up fresh garden ingredients, like tomato and basil.
  • 1 slice of fresh sourdough bread
  • 2-3 fresh tomato slices
  • 2 large leaves of basil (thinly sliced)
  • 2 slices of prosciutto
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pesto
  • Salt & pepper
  1. Toast your bread.
  2. Spread a generous amount mayo on it, followed by pesto (to taste).
  3. Top with tomatoes, add salt & pepper to taste, then top with prosciutto, some more pesto, and basil.
