Fig & Almond Oatmeal

A simple, beautiful breakfast of fresh figs and oatmeal.
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ cup old fashioned oats
  • 4 fresh figs
  • A handful of almonds
  • Honey
  • Pinch of salt
  1. In a small pot, bring almond milk to a boil, then add oats and 2 chopped figs.
  2. Simmer 7-10, until almond milk is absorbed and oats are tender.
  3. Stir in a handful of chopped almonds.
  4. Serve, drizzling with honey, topping with fresh fig segments, and a pinch of salt.
