Fig & Almond Oatmeal

- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup old fashioned oats
- 4 fresh figs
- A handful of almonds
- Honey
- Pinch of salt
- In a small pot, bring almond milk to a boil, then add oats and 2 chopped figs.
- Simmer 7-10, until almond milk is absorbed and oats are tender.
- Stir in a handful of chopped almonds.
- Serve, drizzling with honey, topping with fresh fig segments, and a pinch of salt.
